Srisangdao Jasmine Rice is the premium quality rice

Thai Hom Mali Rice is rich with carbohydrates and proteins, but low in fat. It contains Vitamins B1, B2 and B3, as well as minerals such as calcium and phosphorus. Hom Mali brown rice is another alternative for the health-conscious because of its high fibre content which helps to prevent constipation and colon cancer, and helps to keep the stomach full. It also contains up to 7-12% of proteins which is suitable for weight control diets. It takes longer to digest, so the body takes longer to absorb carbohydrates, helping to control glucose levels in the bloodstream. It contains the same amount of vitamins and minerals as Thai Hom Mali Rice, but the unpolished rice also retains an additional content of Vitamin E, iron and zinc.
